I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, with easy access to tram connections, made it a convenient choice for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, with a pleasant bathroom. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, I couldn't find any major faults with my stay.

Friendly staff and very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located directly at the train station, the stadium is only three stations away.

Only slight problem is that all room details are all in German, not a problem for me but could be for someone with limited language skills as us brits can be. But this was the same across Gelsenkirchen as a whole.
